Amalia Sax-Bolder, Esq., guides a diverse set of clients in her bankruptcy and restructuring practice. She has experience negotiating reorganization plans, structuring Chapter 11 “DIP” and “exit” financings, drafting out-of-court settlement documents and bankruptcy court pleadings and litigating contested matters in bankruptcy proceedings. She has represented government entities, debtors, lenders, strategic investors and secured and unsecured creditors. Amalia also is involved in structuring deals to avoid or minimize the risks of bankruptcy. Prior to joining Brownstein, Amalia was an associate at an international law firm in New York. While in law school, Amalia was the Managing Editor of the Denver University Law Review and served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Michael Martinez of Colorado's 2nd Judicial District.
