Timothy Crisp, Esq., is a partner with Holland & Hart LLP, currently practicing in its offices in Denver, Colorado; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Santa Fe, New Mexico. He regularly practices in the areas of corporate and commercial loan transactions, loan workouts, and compliance with federal and state banking and consumer financial regulation. Mr. Crisp previously was a partner with the Madison, Wisconsin offices of Foley & Lardner LLP and Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and an associate with the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn. He received his J.D. in 1990 from Duke Law School and his B.A. in 1987 from Yale University.
