Amy Hsiao, Esq., is a partner at Adsero and is also a US counsel to one of the largest IP law firms in Beijing. She specializes in international IP strategies with focus in China and Asia. Amy started out as a corporate finance attorney doing cross-border transactions between US and Asia; she later transitioned to the IP world and has been advising startup to Fortune 100 companies from brand launching, anti-counterfeiting to criminal enforcements and high-stake Supreme Court litigations. Because of her wide experience, she was selected as the only Western attorney to work on China's trademark textbook. The book was published by Wolters Kluwer and has been described as: “the single indispensable source on China”.
