Abby L. Schwarz, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Illumine Legal, whose practice focuses on estate planning, including drafting wills, revocable trusts, medical powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney, living wills, and dispositions of last remains. She also represents clients as fiduciaries or beneficiaries in estate administration matters, probate litigation, and guardianship/conservatorship matters. Having joined Illumine Legal in September of 2025, Abby has also begun delving into the practice of advanced tax planning, including the value of charitable giving as it relates to a client’s taxable estate. With over a decade of experience in human resources, people management, and community building prior to law school, Abby brings a unique perspective to her practice. Each new matter offers an opportunity to connect with clients and provide them with customized solutions that meet their needs (and help them rest easier at night). Currently, Abby is actively involved in the T&E Section of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Estate Planning Council, Women’s Estate Planning Council, and volunteers for The Denver Foundation as well as the Young Americans Center.
