Phil Harris, Esq., is an IP partner and registered patent attorney at Holland & Hart. His practice focuses on protecting innovation for sophisticated and early stage clients with a focus on strategic planning. He prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications (with special focus on hi-tech areas) for clients of various structures and industries. He also counsels clients on IP policies and enforcements strategies along with representing clients involved in intellectual property disputes before the U.S. PTO and other venues, including in inter partes reviews, post grant reviews, reexaminations, and appeals. Phil has 3 children, and enjoys riding motorcycles, including on Colorado’s "Million Dollar Highway."
