Michelle McKenna, Esq., has been providing mediation and arbitration services since 1997. She works primarily in family law cases, with approximately 5000 cases mediated or arbitrated, and also trains attorneys, judicial officers, law enforcement and others in conflict resolution. She is the Program Administrator of the Office of Dispute Resolution in the 4th Judicial District, the largest court mediation program in Colorado and a member of the ODR advisory committee to the Colorado Supreme Court. Michelle spent 14 years on active duty with the U.S. Army and is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. Her education includes a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.A. from Duke University.
