Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & SelzJordyn Eisenpress is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Group. Ms. Eisenpress focuses on advertising dispute resolution and a variety of transactional and counseling matters across a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, alcohol, automotive, pharmaceuticals, sports, and beauty. Ms. Eisenpress has experience working on all sides of disputes before the National Advertising Division (NAD). She has assisted in the representation of challengers, advertisers, and the NAD itself, in both competitive disputes and public monitoring cases. During law school, Ms. Eisenpress spent time with NAD reviewing claim substantiation, analyzing consumer perception evidence, and drafting opinions. Most recently, while at Frankfurt Kurnit, she helped secure a favorable decision on behalf of one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies in a challenge involving competitive over-the-counter medications. In addition, Ms. Eisenpress frequently assists clients with transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating sponsorship agreements, media and custom content agreements, license agreements and more. She advises on advertising copy, sponsored content, and intellectual property and right of publicity clearance, and has worked with clients on resolving high profile regulatory compliance matters. Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Eisenpress served as a summer associate with the firm where she focused on both advertising and litigation matters. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Eisenpress worked in the public relations industry, focusing on digital and social media strategy. Ms. Eisenpress received her J.D. from Columbia Law School where she was awarded the Carroll G. Harper prize for outstanding achievements in intellectual property law. She received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
