Jake Dowling, Esq., is a Sustainability Program Manager with RE Tech Advisors where he supports an array of clients implement programs that address energy efficiency and sustainability in sustainability. He supports national, institutional investors implement comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance programs in real estate portfolios as well as national public-private partnership programs such as the Department of Energy's Better Buildings Initiative and EPA's ENERGY STAR Program. He serves as the program lead in support of the City and County of Denver's Smart Leasing program, which seeks to facilitate better conversations between tenants and landlords around mutually beneficial topics like energy efficiency, sustainability, and health and wellness. Jake also supported the design and initiation of the Green Lease Leaders program, which has now recognized more than XXB square feet of commercial floorspace in the US and Canada.
