Al Gardner is the Vice President of Information Technology for Inspirato, a global luxury hospitality company based in Denver. Mr. Gardner specializes in executive level strategic technology management. Al is a passionate coach and mentor who has a reputation for building and motivating highly effective teams by creating a culture built on integrity, compassion, innovation and performance. Mr. Gardner's commitment extends beyond his professional endeavors where he serves the Denver community in various roles including Denver African American Commission (Mayoral appointment), Citizens Oversight Board (Mayoral Appointment), Denver Police Department Chiefs advisory board, Denver Sheriffs Advisory Board, Denver public school equity task force. Al is also active with organizations that promote and expand access to technology in the State of Colorado including Board chair for Colorado Technology Professionals, Board member for Colorado Technology Association, Community college of Denver Business Administration Advisory Board, and affiliate faculty in the College of Computer Science at Regis university. Al holds a Bachelor Business Administration a Master of Business Administration. Mr. Gardner has been featured in Technology publications providing insight on topics such as technology resource management and team building.
