Cindy . Basham

Cindy Basham, Esq., is a Senior Estate Strategist at Edward Jones. She specializes in analyzing estate strategies for high-net-worth families, frequently providing education on federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.  Prior to joining Edward Jones in 2025, she practiced as an attorney specializing in high-net worth estate planning and trust and estate administration, most recently as counsel with Tuthill & Hughes LLP in Denver. She began her career as a corporate, M&A and securities attorney at a large firm, which helps her work with clients who have closely-held businesses. Cindy received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law and is licensed in Colorado, D.C. and Florida. She enjoys traveling internationally and exploring Colorado with her family.
