Airina L. Rodrigues, Esq., is a co-chair of Brownstein’s Intellectual Property Department and an experienced IP attorney representing internationally recognized brands in the protection, commercialization and enforcement of their intellectual property. Her practice spans trademarks and trade dress, copyright, trade secrets, advertising and promotional law, right of publicity and complex commercial agreements. A trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies and iconic brands, Airina works extensively with clients in consumer and personal care, outdoor recreation, fashion, media and entertainment, sports and gaming, cannabis, and emerging technology sectors. She regularly negotiates high-profile sponsorship, endorsement and licensing arrangements, including brand partnerships with professional sports teams and innovative technology and SaaS collaborations. When disputes arise, Airina is a seasoned litigator, having successfully represented clients in federal district and appellate courts and before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She previously practiced for more than a decade at DLA Piper in New York and holds LL.B. and B.C.L. degrees from McGill University.
