Victoria Guzman, Esq., moved to Boulder, CO in 2017 to attend law school at the University of Colorado - Boulder. During law school, she developed a passion for employment law. In pursuit of this passion, she interned at Towards Justice where she first experienced class action work and the Division of Labor Standards and Statistics where she participated on the policy team drafting the Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order #36. After graduation, Victoria passed the Colorado Bar exam and accepted a position as a compliance investigator with the Division. There, she investigated claims for unpaid wages and the misclassification of Colorado employees. In 2021, Victoria joined the employment law team at The Wilhite Law Firm. Victoria represents workers in individual and class and collective actions for unpaid wages under both Colorado Law and the FLSA.
