Stephanie Minutillo Pope, Esq., is an associate attorney at Kaplan Kirsch LLP where she focuses her practice on real estate, land use, and transactional matters in Colorado. She advises clients on zoning, entitlement, and contractual issues related to a variety of land use and development projects, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, public, conservation, and energy-related projects. Stephanie has experience assisting both landowner and land trust clients with all stages of the conservation easement process, including drafting purchase and sale agreements with an option for deed of conservation easement, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating deeds of conservation easement, reviewing qualified appraisals, surveys, baseline documentation, and mineral reports, and assisting in the completion and submission of tax credit certificate applications. Stephanie is committed to expanding her conservation easement experience and, through this work, assist in the preservation of Colorado’s ranches, open lands, and wild places. Before joining Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell, Stephanie was an Associate Assistant City Attorney with Airport Legal Section within the Denver City Attorney’s Office where she provided legal counsel on various complex issues concerning construction, hotel, sustainability, First Amendment, and environmental issues at Denver International Airport. Stephanie earned her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School.
