Michele L. Melnick

Michele Melnick, Esq., is an Assistant Regulation Counsel in the trial division. Her responsibilities include investigating and prosecuting attorney misconduct and the unauthorized practice of law. Ms. Melnick received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and her law degree from Pennsylvania State University. A New York City native, she moved to Colorado in 2019. Ms. Melnick joined the Office of Attorney Regulation in 2019. She previously worked as a trial attorney at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the New York City Department of Education, and the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.
