Arthur Biller, Esq., is a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Unit at the Colorado Attorney General's Office. Arthur was lead counsel for the State of Colorado in its lawsuit seeking to block the proposed merger of The Kroger Co. and Albertsons Companies, Inc. Prior to joining the Colorado Attorney General's Office, Arthur was a Partner in the antitrust practice at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in Denver, Colorado. Before moving to Denver, Arthur was an Associate in the litigation practice at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York, where he worked on complex commercial litigation and white collar defense. Arthur graduated cum laude from New York University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Arthur clerked for the Honorable Helen E. Hoens on the New Jersey Supreme Court.
