Micah G. Hardy is an associate at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP in the firm's Denver office, where he focuses his practice on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including complex Chapter 11 cases and distressed transactions. Micah represents debtors, creditors, trustees, and other interested parties in bankruptcy proceedings and financial distress scenarios, working closely with clients to deliver practical and effective solutions. Micah earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut in 2019 and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2022. He currently serves as a Board member and co-chair of the Judicial Endorsements Committee of the Colorado LGBTQ Bar Association (CLBA). Micah is also actively involved with the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and will serve as a panelist at the 2026 ABI Rocky Mountain Conference in June.
