Brian Allard, Esq., is an attorney with the law firm Flanders, Elsberg, Herber, & Dunn, LLC. Brian is the chair of the Boulder County Bar Association Real Estate Section and an At-Large Officer for the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Law Section Council. His practice focuses on real estate law, primarily along the front range. He does both transactional and litigation work. A large part of his practice is representation of landlords and property managers in commercial and residential evictions and leasing. He also drafts and advises on purchase and sale agreements, common ownership agreements, easements, and related development contracts. Brian's real estate litigation practice focuses on easement disputes, sellers' disclosures, mechanic's liens, foreclosures, quiet title actions, partitions, and construction defect cases.
