Michael J. Erion

Michael Erion, P.E., C.F.M., has worked at Resource Engineering, Inc. since 2001 and serves as the Chief Engineer for the Company. Mr. Erion has 30 years of experience as a consulting engineer specializing in water resources and water rights engineering. After graduating with an M.S.C.E. in the Hydrology and Water Resources Program at Colorado State University, he worked at Wright Water Engineers, Inc. serving as Vice-President and Manager of the Glenwood Springs office. He has worked on hundreds of water right cases for counties, municipalities, water districts, and private clients and has testified as an expert witness in Water Court and in civil cases involving water matters. Mr. Erion is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Water Resources Association, Association of State Floodplain Managers, Colorado Lake and Reservoir Management Association, and American Water Works Association.
