Samer A. Bandak, Esq., is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law. After graduation, Samer worked for the West Virginia Public defenders' office. Samer then moved to Denver and practiced family law in the Denver Metro area before recently launching his own firm, Best Interest Family Law Firm, which is located in Littleton. In total, Samer has been practicing family law exclusively for over 5 years and handles the full range of family law issues. Samer believes in a client-centric approach to practicing law. He uses his psychology background to make family law issues collaborative rather than adversarial, whenever possible. He is a member of Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals and is trained in and practices collaborative law. Samer feels passionate about volunteer/pro-bono work and routinely volunteers his time at Metro Volunteer Lawyers' Family Law Court Program and is a former board member of Project Safe Guard.
