Samer A. Bandak, Esq., is a graduate of West Virginia University and West Virginia University College of Law. After graduation, Samer worked for the West Virginia Public defenders' office. Samer then moved to Denver and practiced family law at a Denver firm for several years before transitioning to Colorado Legal Group. Samer handles a full range of family law issues, including complex dissolution of marriage, child support, child custody, and pre and post-nuptial agreements. Samer believes in a client-centric approach to practicing law. He uses his psychology background to make family law issues collaborative rather than adversarial. However, when a settlement cannot be reached, Samer stands ready to zealously advocate for his clients in the courtroom. Samer feels passionate about volunteer/pro-bono work and routinely volunteers his time at Metro Volunteer Lawyers' Family Law Court Program. That passion combined with his work experience, make him a strong advocate for divorce & family law clients.
