Kara Fielder Zioba is the Senior Intellectual Property Paralegal at The Hershey Company. With 20 years of experience in the legal field, Kara has extensive experience in the areas of trademark prosecution and enforcement. At Hershey, in addition to managing the company's large global trademark portfolio, Kara also handles U.S. and international trademark enforcement and disputes, U.S. and international trademark clearance, and manages the docketing team. Prior to her current position, Kara was a trademark prosecution and IP litigation paralegal at an international law firm. Kara is actively involved with the International Trademark Association (INTA), and is currently serving as Co-Chair of INTA's Trademark Administrators Outreach Subcommittee.
