Ashley DiRienzo has been the Recovery Officer in the Legal Division of CDHCPF for almost nine (9) years with experience in tort and casualty cases, third party liability, cost avoidance, trusts and recoveries, and estate recovery. Ashley oversees the collection of recoveries from trust closures, excess resources, personal needs allowances, and various other sources. As Manager over the Cost Avoidance Unit, Ashley ensures Medicaid remains the payor of last resort when other third parties are liable for payment of medical claims.
