Hao Wang, Esq., recognizes that the primary value of technology companies is their intellectual property. He advises a wide range of clients including large public companies, investors, and emerging companies in a variety of different technologies including semiconductors, telecommunications, network security, and integrated cloud-based platforms and applications. Hao has represented clients for mergers and acquisitions, licensing of intellectual property and related assets, technology development agreements, and structuring and negotiating complex strategic alliances. Before joining Holland & Hart, Hao was a senior associate at a large international firm in Denver.
