Thomas W. Ossola
Senior Judge, former Chief Judge, 9th Judicial District
Honorable Thomas W. Ossola was appointed a District Judge of the Ninth Judicial District in 1980. In 1990, he became Chief Judge of the District and Water Judge for Water Division 5. Following retirement in 2004, Judge Ossola became a Senior District Court Judge, Senior Water Judge and has a mediation practice. He currently serves on the Supreme Court Water Committee.
