Chelsea Ziegler, Esq., is a special needs Trust Officer with Golden Fiduciary Services, LLC. In this capacity, she assists individuals with Special Needs Trusts, Support and Asset Protection Trusts, Successor (future contingent) Trusteeship. Prior to becoming a Trust Officer, Chelsea was a litigation associate attorney, who focused her legal practice on trust, estate, and elder law controversy resolution and litigation. Chelsea is active in the T&E Section and Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. She is currently a Member At-Large of the Elder Law Section Executive Committee. Chelsea is an active member of the Colorado Women's Bar Association and CBA Young Lawyers Division. In her spare time, Chelsea volunteers with Metro Volunteer Lawyers, providing services in elder law and estate planning.
