Kathleen Wallace, Esq., Kathleen Wallace is from Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Secondary Education, graduating with Honors from the University of Northern Colorado. Kathleen moved to California to study law, graduating from Pacific West College of Law. Kathleen has experience in multiple areas of law including landlord tenant law, debt negotiation, family law, contract law, corporate law, personal injury law, and criminal defense law. Kathleen is a former member of the Orange County Bar Association, including the Young Lawyers Division and the Small Firm Solo Practitioner Division. Kathleen is a former whip and vice chair of the Orange County Bar Association Legislative Resolutions Committee. Kathleen is a former member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, North Orange County Bar Association, and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association. Kathleen enjoyed volunteering her time at OCBA Community Outreach Events and judging Moot Court competitions before she moved home to Colorado. Kathleen is a former professor at Pacific West College of Law where she taught Appellate Advocacy and Legal Theories. Kathleen is currently working as a Legal Analyst and Program Manager for the Colorado Secretary of State.  She oversees approximately 80,000 notaries and approximately 430 Durable Medical Equipment Suppliers.  She has worked for the Secretary of State’s Office for four years and is a recent recipient of the Secretary of State Service Award.
