Nathan . Endrud
Nathan Endrud is a partner at Stinson Leonard Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and focuses his practice on transactions and regulatory compliance in the energy industry. He has substantial experience in project development, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions in the energy industry, including negotiation of power purchase agreements, construction contracts, energy management agreements, asset and equity purchase and sale agreements, and various service and supply contracts for renewable (wind, solar, and other) and traditional electric generation facilities, electric transmission lines, and natural gas pipelines.
