Roger Tsai, Esq., assists universities and companies in the health care, technology and energy sectors in filing immigration petitions including H-1Bs, L-1As, L-1Bs, O-1s, TN, E-2s, J-1 Waivers, EB-1 Outstanding Researchers, PERM, NIW processes, and counsels companies through investigations from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Roger draws on deep experience while continuing to be at the forefront of immigration law and assists employers through internal audits of their employment eligibility documents to make sure they are compliant with state and federal law. Before joining Faegre Drinker, Roger served as an equity partner and immigration practice chair of a law firm in Denver. In that role, he hired and managed a team of five professionals to file over 3,000 employment-based immigration petitions and represented employers in I-9 Audit investigations and trainings; H-2A and H-2B DOL investigations; and U.S. Department of Justice immigration-related discrimination claims.
