Cheyenne Somers Jenkins, Esq., focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and family law matters. At Griffiths Law she works as part of the civil litigation team, representing individuals and businesses in disputes involving construction defect, real estate, insurance coverage, partitions, partnership dissolutions, and breach of contract. Her family law practice includes divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, common law marriage disputes, and high-asset property division. Cheyenne has significant litigation experience, having handled multi-day arbitrations, trials, and depositions across Colorado. Before becoming an attorney, Cheyenne worked at Griffiths Law as a paralegal for six years. Cheyenne earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her undergraduate degree at the University of the Pacific, where she competed as a Division I soccer player.
