Justine Laurier was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2009. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association (“CBA”) and Chair of the CBA, Quebec Branch, Labour and Employment Law Section and a member of the American Bar Association. Her practice spans all areas of labour and employment law, focusing on defending the interests of both unionized and non-unionized employers. She advises employers with respect to the reorganization of their activities, the pre-hiring and hiring of employees, employee management (performance-related issues, investigations in the workplace, disciplinary measures, disability, etc.), labour relations, individual and collective terminations, occupational health and safety matters and human rights issues. Justine also has a business immigration law/manpower mobility practice. Hence, she advises businesses and their executives on the recruitment of foreign workers, as well as on the assignment of personnel within Canada”.
