Mark Faccenda is a Partner in Norton Rose Fulbright's Washington, DC office. As part of the firm's health care healthcare group, Mr. Faccenda has represented health care industry clients on regulatory and transactional matters including federal health care program reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and privacy issues. He advises clients including pharmaceutical manufacturers, academic medical centers, health systems, physician groups, physician/hospital joint ventures, long-term care facilities and durable medical equipment suppliers. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Mr. Faccenda worked for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and for payer and provider sides of an integrated health system. Mr. Faccenda received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He also received his master's in Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health.
