Justin Dillon, Esq., is a partner at KaiserDillon PLLC in Washington, DC, where his practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense and campus misconduct matters.   Justin has gained nationwide attention for his work representing students and professors in campus misconduct cases, which he and his firm have handled at more than 75 schools across the country.  He was the first lawyer in the country to win summary judgment against a university in a campus sexual assault case.  Along with his partner Matt Kaiser, Justin is the author of The KaiserDillon PLLC Guide to Representing Yourself in a Campus Sexual Assault Case.  He has been published or quoted regarding campus sexual misconduct issues in more than a dozen national newspapers and magazines, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Los Angeles Times.  He also has spoken on these issues before organizations such as the American Bar Association, the Association of Title IX Administrators, and the University of Kentucky's Center for Research on Violence Against Women. Immediately before joining KaiserDillon PLLC, Justin spent five and a half years as an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington, DC, where he led more than 100 Grand Jury investigations, tried more than 60 criminal cases, and handled more than a dozen appeals.  Earlier in his career, he worked at the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.  He is a graduate of Duke University and Harvard Law School.
