Kathleen M. O'Donnell
Attorney at LawKathleen O'Donnell concentrates her practice in real estate law with a specialty in municipal law, particularly acquisitions of land for open space, affordable housing, and community preservation. Ms. O'Donnell is a past president of the Real Estate Bar for Massachusetts (REBA) and served as co-chair of the Real Estate Section of the Boston Bar Association. Her professional memberships include the Abstract Club, the Boston Bar Association, REBA, CREW Boston, and the Council for Women of Boston College. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the Community Preservation Coalition and serves on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Land Trust Coalition. She is member of the Town of Milton Zoning Board of Appeals and an elected Town Meeting Member. Ms. O'Donnell is the editor of two MCLE publications; Handling Residential Real Estate Transactions in Massachusetts and Massachusetts Real Estate Law Sourcebook & Citator. She is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Miami School of Law.
