Lance earned his A.B. in Economics from Stanford University and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law. He is licensed as an attorney in Arizona and California and Oregon and has published numerous articles in leading law and real estate scholarly journals for, e.g., the American Law Institute, New York University; University of California's Hastings College of Law and the Commercial-Investment Real Estate Council He also has taught at numerous continuing legal education programs.
