Leigh B. Horton

Artemis Law, LLC

Leigh Horton, Esq., began her career as a geological engineer before pivoting to law. She clerked for the Hon. Christina Gomez at the Colorado Court of Appeals and entered private practice as a trial attorney. Returning to her roots, Leigh became a patent attorney and appellate litigator, founding Artemis Law, LLC to focus exclusively on those practice areas. As a patent attorney, Leigh helps companies and inventors develop intellectual property (IP) portfolios and protect their IP rights. As an appellant-side litigator, she represents businesses and individuals to challenge court decisions. Leigh received her B.S. in geological engineering from Colorado School of Mines, her M.A. in international studies from Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs at University of Denver, and her J.D. from Sturm College of Law.
