Cristy Radabaugh, P.E., is an engineer and vice president at Martin and Wood Water Consultants, a small company in Golden that specializes in water supply planning and technical aspects of water rights, with more than 20 years of experience. She focuses on water supply evaluations, hydrologic modeling, water rights accounting, historical consumptive use analyses, exchange evaluations, and leading a small team of exceptional experts. Ms. Radabaugh is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado, a certified Engineering Expert Witness by the American Council of Engineering Companies and has testified as an expert witness in Division 1 Water Court. Her undergraduate decree in Civil Engineering is from Vanderbilt University, and her graduate degree is from the University of Colorado Denver.
