Fiona Boger is an Associate Director and Manager of the Contract Compliance Team. Fiona has the primary responsibility for ensuring that the post-closing obligations and responsibilities of SRS Acquiom are conducted in accordance with the governing agreement. Specifically, Fiona works directly with the Operations, Payments and Post-Closing Dispute Management teams on a wide array of matters that arise during the term of SRS Acquiom's engagement. Fiona works closely with members of the Advisory Committee to ensure that the post-closing process is navigated as easily as possible. Additionally, Fiona acts as a subject matter expert for the Marketing, and Corporate and Product Development teams to ensure that the needs and issues that arise before, during and after a transaction are best being addressed.
