Deborah Sarason is the Subdistrict Coordinator for Water Division No. 3 of the Colorado Division of Water Resources, a position created to act as an interface between the Division and the Subdistricts which were established as a result of SB 04-222. Prior to joining the Division, Deb spent 17 years at Davis Engineering Service, Inc. in Alamosa, a small civil engineering firm providing services for water resource and water rights studies as well as water and wastewater treatment and distribution systems. Deb holds a Chemical Engineering degree from New Mexico State University and a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University.
