John Rusch, formerly served in several different capacities on water boards throughout Northeast Colorado including Bijou Irrigation Company, Bijou Irrigation District, Central Colorado Water Conservancy District, and the CCWCD Groundwater Management Sub-district. He presently serves as a board member for the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District and Morgan County Quality Water District. He has been involved in farming his entire life and in water matters related to agriculture since 1982. He currently provides augmentation accounting and consulting services to clients in Northeast Colorado through his business CCII, LLC.
