John Rodgers, P.E., works at DWR in Denver as the HydroBase Coordinator, helping collect and share the State's water information. He has been in Colorado water for over seven years, and in environmental consulting before that. When not organizing electrons, John likes to enjoy CO's H2O in all its forms!
