Alison Keener is a GIS Analyst with the Division of Water Resources. In this capacity, she serves as a data liaison to the public, providing assistance with mapping software and resources, and producing several of DWR's annually updated datasets. She also facilitates the deployment of internal mapping technology to field staff and assists DWR engineers with various geospatial projects.
