Emily L. McDaniel, Esq., is an associate with Schwartz, McMinimee & Andrew, LLC (FKA Steenrod, Schwartz & McMinimee, LLP). Her practice focuses on estate administration, conservatorships, and trust administration. Prior to joining the firm, Emily had a 15-year career in charitable planned giving and major gifts fundraising that sparked her interest in elder law. She continued to work full-time in the non-profit sector while completing her law degree as an evening student at Seattle University School of Law. Emily was born and raised in Michigan, but has lived and worked in Washington, D.C., Boulder, Seattle, and now Denver. When not in the office, Emily can be found on her yoga mat, taking a hike, or enjoying a powder day on the slopes.
