Jessica Landay, ASA, ABV, CVA, is a business appraiser and forensic accountant with Harper Hofer & Associates in Denver, CO. Jessica is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation (ASA), Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA (ABV), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Master Analysis in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and has more than 17 years of business valuation experience. Her work currently focuses on business valuation and other financial analyses for marital dissolution purposes, including pension valuation, stock option valuation, income analysis, and lifestyle analysis. Her business valuation experience includes valuing businesses in a wide variety of industries for purposes of marital dissolution, estate and gift tax reporting, shareholder dispute, shareholder buy-in/buy-out, transactional, and intellectual property valuations. Jessica is on the Board of Directors for the CO/WY State Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. She is a member of and mentor for NACVA and a prior board member of the Valuation Credentialing Board. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers, the Colorado Women's Bar Association, the Alliance for Professional Women, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She has authored articles for Business Valuation Resources and presented on valuation topics for various organizations. Jessica is honored to be a member of the 2022 FLI Planning Committee.
