Shelby R. Martin Esq
Shelby R. Martin is an associate with Schwartz, McMinimee & Andrew, LLC (FKA Steenrod, Schwartz & McMinimee, LLP), and her practice focuses on estate and conservatorship administration, and probate litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Shelby served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth D. Leith with the Denver Probate Court. Following law school graduation in 2017, Shelby returned to her hometown, Honesdale, Pennsylvania and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Raymond L. Hamill and the Honorable Janine Edwards with the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas. Attracted to the mountains and active Colorado lifestyle, Shelby made Denver her home in 2018. Outside the office, you will find her on the slopes, hiking in the foothills, or weight training at the gym.
