Renee Wood is a Business Development Officer for the Colorado Region of Wells Fargo Small Business Administration (SBA) Lending with a focus on financing transactions to small business owners. She specializes in the financing of owner-occupied commercial real estate (purchase and construction), business acquisition transactions, and start up and expansion transactions. Ms. Wood has spent the last 19 years with a core focus on commercial lending for small to medium sized businesses with national SBA Lenders. Since January 2014, she has been with Wells Fargo Bank's SBA Lending Division.
