Karen Safran, Esq., is Of Counsel at Goodspeed Merrill. An experienced trial attorney in both Michigan and Colorado, Karen concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She has also completed the Colorado Bar Association's 40-Hour Mediation training program and is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association in commercial matters. Karen is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only honor society that represents less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Karen is also an avid skier, an ice cream maker, a graduate of the Second City Conservatory improv training program, and plays second-fiddle to her Springer Spaniel, Truman.
