Ali Areeb Zaidi has been practicing intellectual property laws, specializing in trademark laws, for the past 9 years. Currently, he is a Senior Associate at IP boutique law firm 'Lall & Sethi' in New Delhi, responsible for IP portfolio management including prosecution and enforcement in India and SAARC region for a variety of clients, with main focus on the pharmaceutical industry. He has been a proactive member of advocacy groups for IP awareness. Ali is currently serving as the Chair of the Middle-East, Africa & South Asia Sub-Committee of INTA's Non-Traditional Marks Committee.
