Djenita Svinjar, Esq., is Senior Counsel at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP where she represents corporate clients on multimillion dollar construction projects across the country. Prior to her time at Brownstein, Djenita served as both in-house counsel for a multibillion-dollar general contractor, as well as outside counsel for some of the largest general contractors in the country. Djenita's hybrid experience as both in-house and outside counsel enables her to offer clients a unique perspective on construction law in order to deliver strategic solutions that mitigate risks. Outside of her complex transactional practice, Djenita is passionate about community involvement. She currently serves on the U.S. Board of Advisors for Women for Women International, Saint Bonaventure University's Alumni Council and she is a member of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition's 2025 class of next generation global leaders.
