Mark Dickson is a national senior settlement consultant with Millennium Settlement Consulting and a founding member of CASE Coalition, a collaboration of several Colorado professional groups providing comprehensive settlement solutions to catastrophically injured victims, their families and their attorneys throughout the U.S. After attending Western Washington University and the University of Puget Sound School of Law he was a guest lecturer at the National Judicial College. Mr. Dickson has spoken to ABA and AAJ sessions on mediation and negotiation tactics during his 30 plus years of settlement consulting. He worked with many of the Victims Compensation Fund claimants arising out of the 9/11 terrorism attack and the Libyan Pan Am 103 settlement.
