Andrew J. Roth-Moore
Andrew J. Roth-Moore, Esq., Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, brings a strong background in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring to his litigation practice at Brownstein. He represents corporations, investors, lenders, directors and officers in bankruptcy and state court litigation and related financing and sales transactions. He also has experience leading successful negotiations settling disputes related to director and officer and agreements as well as merger and acquisition matters. Prior to joining Brownstein, Andy was a corporate bankruptcy associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP. He has also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Laurie S. Silverstein at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
