Jennifer Arnett, Esq., is the Founding Member of Rocky Mountain ADR, where she focuses her mediation and arbitration practice on commercial and general civil disputes, with an emphasis on construction, insurance coverage, and business and employment matters. She has nearly 25 years of litigation experience, including time at New York law firms and as the Chief Litigation Officer of a national property and casualty insurance company. In addition, she is considered an expert in Colorado construction defect litigation and Colorado insurance law. Jennifer received both her law degree and a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University. In addition to her ADR practice, Jennifer maintains an active litigation practice at Arnett Litigation, LLC.
